TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

1. Written confirmation is required for all bookings. Please confirm numbers venue and time of delivery of the buffet.

2. 10 % deposit payable on booking. Settlement of the balance is required on presentation of your invoice.

3. In the event of  a cancellation the following charges will apply:

Cancellation before 48hrs of the event your deposit will not be returned.

Cancellation after 48 hrs you will have to pay 50 % of total booking price excluding deposit.

4. Free delivery within a 10 mile radius, over this and a £15.00 charge will apply.

5. All breakages and damaged items will be charged for, as our buffets are supplied on returnable platters.

R "u" A function in need   will have no responsibility for food prepared by us which is retained

by the customer, for consumption after the event.
